Designed for our 7th & 8th grade boys. This program has a dual-goal of rapidly teaching the fundamentals of the sport to players new to the sport, or continuing the development of those players who are not on either the Warriors or Colts Tournement teams. There is simply no getting around the fact that lacrosse comprises four (4) basic skills:

• Throwing
• Catching
• Cradling
• Scooping (ground balls)

Taken together, these skills are called "stick skills" and they form the foundation that supports everything else in the game. Playing lacrosse, on a large field, in a game situation, without having solid stick skills, is a frustrating and counter-productive experience. This program will provide the teaching and practice necessary to make these skills second-nature so that these players can move on with the game.
